Gwangju Seo-gu 'Shinjoongnyeon Job Project' Fully Launched

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Seo Daeseok) is set to actively promote the Shinjungnyeon job project.

On the 8th, Seo-gu announced that it signed a business agreement with the Social Cooperative Sallim and the Gwangju Seo-gu Senior Club to promote the Shinjungnyeon job project.

The "Shinjungnyeon Job Project" consists of the "Shinjungnyeon Social Contribution Activity Support Project (carried out by Social Cooperative Sallim)" and the "Bitgoeul 50+ Job Project (carried out by Gwangju Seo-gu Senior Club)." It is a project that supports middle-aged and older adults who are at a life transition stage due to early retirement or retirement by providing opportunities for social contribution and helping them design a successful second chapter in life by utilizing their professional experience.

Through the project, a total of about 140 people will be recruited for positions such as ▲ social service providers matched with non-profit organizations and other institutions ▲ community culture activists ▲ library management managers ▲ 50+ job counselors ▲ neighborhood security officers ▲ regional children's center arts and physical education support groups.

Eligibility requires residents of Gwangju Metropolitan City aged between 45 and 70 (varies by project) who have more than 3 years of experience in the relevant field or hold nationally certified qualifications or other certificates.
