SBC planned this mindfulness training to help employees overcome psychological anxiety and stress caused by COVID-19 and to draw out latent creativity and concentration based on work-life balance. The course name of this training, held on the 26th, is "Strengthening Self-Leadership and Resilience of SME Employees in an Era of Turbulence." The lecture will be conducted by Bae Young-dae, director of the Modern History Research Institute and author of "Meditation, True Heart is Warm."
