Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Togeon introduced 'Ansan Jungheung S-Class The First' in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, which recorded a first-priority subscription closing for all units with a highest competition rate of 16.09 to 1.


According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, the first-priority subscription application for 'Ansan Jungheung S-Class The First' held on the 3rd and 4th attracted a total of 3,674 applicants for 465 units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 7.9 to 1. In particular, the exclusive 84㎡ A type recorded the highest competition rate of 16.09 to 1 in the first-priority local area.


Located in Seonbu-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, 'Ansan Jungheung S-Class The First' consists of 9 buildings from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,021 units of 59㎡ and 84㎡. It is designed mainly facing south with a 4Bay layout (except some) and small-to-medium sized types of 59㎡ and 84㎡, which are the most preferred structures by actual demanders.


It boasts excellent accessibility with various transportation networks such as Seoansan IC, Gunja IC, Yeongdong Expressway, Subway Line 4, and Seohae Line.
