[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Rolling Hills Hotel, operated by Haevichi Hotel & Resort, announced on the 4th that its restaurant 'The Kitchen' has launched a newly revamped menu with a 'New American Dining Concept.'


The new menu features a 'Super Food Salad' made with 10 superfoods beneficial for boosting immunity, including quinoa, chickpeas, pomegranate, and avocado; 'Crab Fettuccine' flavored with a bisque sauce made from boiled crustaceans; and a 'Pork Chop' dish cooked using the sous-vide method, which involves slow cooking in lukewarm water. Additionally, small plate menus such as tacos and mussel stew, large plate menus including steak and barbecue platters, as well as signature burgers, sandwiches, and pasta are also available. Prices start from around 10,000 KRW.


To celebrate the launch of The Kitchen's new menu, Haevichi's official Instagram is hosting 'The Kitchen New Gourmet Promotion Event.' By following Haevichi's Instagram, leaving a comment with the correct answer to the question and tagging a friend you want to enjoy The Kitchen's menu with, participants will be entered into a draw to win The Kitchen small plate vouchers and coffee gifticons.


Meanwhile, Rolling Hills Hotel is located in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province, about an hour away from downtown Seoul.
