The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Due to the influence of warm southern winds, most regions nationwide will be mild with temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius."

However, in areas under dry weather warnings such as the Seoul metropolitan area, inland Chungcheong, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, and northern inland Gyeongbuk, the effective humidity will drop below 35%, making it very dry. Other parts of Chungcheong and southern inland areas may also experience dry air, so caution is advised.

Additionally, strong wind advisories are in effect for the southern coast of Jeollanam-do and the coastal areas of Gyeongsang Province until dawn on the 28th, and for Jeju Island until night on the 28th, with winds blowing very strongly at speeds of 35 to 65 km/h. Other regions may also experience winds of 20 to 40 km/h.

On Jeju Island, light rain is expected due to the influence of a low-pressure trough passing over the southern sea of Jeju. The expected precipitation amount is less than 5 mm.

The morning low temperatures on this day are forecasted as follows: Seoul 0°C, Chuncheon -4°C, Gangneung 1°C, Daejeon 2°C, Cheongju 0°C, Daegu 3°C, Gwangju 3°C, Jeonju 0°C, Busan 7°C, Jeju 11°C.

The daytime high temperatures are expected to be: Seoul 15°C, Chuncheon 14°C, Gangneung 16°C, Daejeon 17°C, Cheongju 16°C, Daegu 17°C, Gwangju 16°C, Jeonju 19°C, Busan 15°C, Jeju 17°C.

Fine dust levels will be at a "Good" level across all regions.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Until the 28th, strong winds and high waves will cause waves to overflow coastal roads and breakwaters along the East Coast, South Coast, and Jeju coast. Damage to coastal facilities and flooding is expected, so please pay special attention to facility management and coastal safety accidents."
