Delivery Ceremony at Ulsan Ulju-gun Office on the 26th
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters (Head Lee Sang-min) delivered a large quantity of masks, which are quarantine supplies to be given to vulnerable groups in Ulju-gun, Ulsan, at the Ulju-gun Office on the 26th.
The delivery ceremony was attended by Lee Seon-ho, Ulju-gun Governor, Lee Sang-min, Head of Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters, Kim Tae-baek, Co-chairman of the Ulju-gun Community Security Council, and Lee Jin-ho, President of the Ulju-gun Youth Federation.
Saewool Headquarters held this event together with the Ulju-gun Youth Federation and the Ulju-gun Community Security Council to help vulnerable groups struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
The 260,000 masks and other quarantine supplies delivered that day are scheduled to be distributed to neighbors in need across 12 towns and townships in Ulju-gun.
Ulju-gun Governor Lee Seon-ho said, “We appreciate Saewool Headquarters for supporting masks for local residents during difficult times.”
Lee Sang-min, Head of Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters, said, “On the occasion of Jeongwol Daeboreum, a traditional seasonal custom praying for a bountiful harvest and well-being throughout the year, I hope that supporting quarantine supplies for vulnerable groups will contribute to the health of local residents and overcoming the COVID-19 crisis.”
Prior to this, Saewool Headquarters supported quarantine supplies such as masks and hand sanitizers to village halls and senior centers, as well as consolation items to COVID-19 screening clinics, in addition to quarantine work in vulnerable neighboring areas.
