Miryang-si Holds Progress Report Meeting on Promises from the 7th Elected Administration

Review of 58 Promises in 7 Areas, Focusing Administrative Efforts to Ensure Smooth Implementation

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] On the 26th, Miryang City in Gyeongnam announced that it held a progress report meeting on the public pledge projects of the 7th local government.

At the meeting, the implementation status of each project was checked, problems and countermeasures were discussed, and reviews were conducted to ensure the smooth fulfillment of the pledges.

Mayor Park Il-ho promoted 58 projects in 7 areas as public pledge projects of the 7th local government to open the Miryang Renaissance: regional economy leap forward, future-oriented value agriculture, impressive cultural tourism, beautiful and safe city, and others.

The inspection results showed 25 projects completed and 33 projects in progress, indicating smooth progress.

The city plans to expand projects that have been completed or are progressing normally in a more developmental direction, while closely reviewing projects delayed or on hold due to social and economic changes to modify and supplement them.

Mayor Park said, “Since the pledges are precious promises with 110,000 Miryang citizens, I hope that all efforts will be made to promote the projects so that citizens can feel the achievements of the city administration.”
