Domestic Technology Developed Canola Seed "Daol" Organic Canola Seed Oil Launched in Korea

In South Korea, F&P, the only company developing canola seeds in the global canola seed market worth 1.2 trillion KRW, has developed "Daol," which can be cultivated in the desertification areas of Mongolia. This achievement is the result of the fusion of seed development technology by F&P, which received the Presidential Award at the Korea Agricultural Science and Technology Awards, and Dr. Kim Sin-je, who was awarded the Industrial Medal at the Science and Technology Awards.

The "Daol" seeds were exported to Mongolia and successfully cultivated in the desertification areas of the clean region of Mongolia. Moreover, they received organic certification from the Korean government, enabling successful cultivation in the Mongolian desertification areas without pesticides or fertilizers.

The seeds successfully cultivated in Mongolia are cold-pressed in Mongolia using a method that does not destroy the most natural oil components, and the extracted oil is brought into Korea and introduced to consumers as "Daol" cooking oil.

An additional feature of Daol is that it contains a large amount of phytosterol, a plant-based cholesterol, which helps maintain vascular health. It also has an ideal omega-3 to omega-6 ratio of 1:2, which is effective in improving cholesterol levels, making it a safe oil to use at home without concerns related to oils high in omega-6.

The canola seed oil "Daol" is currently recommended by the famous chef O Se-deuk, bringing it closer to consumers. It is a concentrated product completed with "domestic technology from seed to oil," ensuring high income for domestic farmers through seed production.
