Emart, Special Discount Event on Daily Necessities... Up to 50% Off Emart will hold the 'Geumto e-il e-day Special Sale' event from the 26th to the 27th.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Emart announced on the 25th that it will hold the 'Geumto e-il e Day Special Price' event from the 26th to the 27th, offering essential daily items such as fresh food, processed food, and household goods at unprecedented prices.

They have carefully selected daily special price items with high customer demand and are conducting a large-scale promotion. On the 26th, high-sugar-content and regular bundled bananas and all chocolate products will be sold as 1+1, and 'domestic strawberries (1kg)' will be offered at prices more than 30% cheaper than the regular price. On the 27th, 'Russian live brown king crab (100g)' will be available in a limited quantity of 5 tons across all stores at a 25% discount from the original price, and all bagged ramen products will be sold as 2+1 with a limit of 9 packs per person.

For fresh food, the event focuses on seasonal ingredients. Representative products include domestic Jeju silver hairtail (large/thawed) sold at a 30% discount from the original price, and Korean beef bulgogi shabu-shabu (pack) planned in a large 800g size, allowing customers to purchase it at more than 35% cheaper than smaller-sized products.

Various processed foods and household goods will be offered with 1+1, 2+1 promotions and 50% discounts. Peacock refrigerated soups and stews, and Peacock ice cream are prepared as 1+1, while frozen fried dumplings, jams and spreads, powdered curry and black bean sauce are also offered as buy one get one free on all items. Biscuits and domestic powdered milk stages 3 and 4 can be purchased as 2+1.

An Emart official said, "Considering that late February is a period with few large-scale discount events in the distribution industry, we planned this special discount event," and added, "Since the event is centered on major daily essentials that customers purchase most frequently in their daily lives, we expect it to greatly help reduce the burden on household shopping carts."
