ePyeonhansesang Centum Venue, Most Applicants in Yeongjong Area


[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] DL E&C's 'ePyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue,' supplied in A28 block of Yeongjong International City, Incheon, received more than 10,000 subscription savings accounts for the first time among Yeongjong area pre-sale complexes.


According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 25th, a total of 10,326 subscription savings accounts were submitted for special and general supply subscriptions for this complex, and all housing types were closed within the ranking. The complex is an apartment consisting of 16 buildings from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,409 households of 84㎡ and 98㎡ (exclusive area). The 98㎡ AT type recorded the highest competition rate of 33.67 to 1 in the first priority subscription, and the 84㎡ A type also reached a competition rate of 17.49 to 1. For the 84㎡ C type second priority subscription, conducted to fulfill the reserve winner ratio (300%), 2,899 people applied for 115 remaining reserve winner households.


A DL E&C sales official explained, "It seems that demand surged due to the reasonable pre-sale price averaging 10.5 million KRW per 3.3㎡, the excellent product quality unique to the renewed ePyeonhansesang, and the non-application of residence obligation." Additionally, being a 'school zone' with Incheon Yeongjong Elementary School and an attached kindergarten, as well as the anticipation of the opening of the third Yeongjong-Cheongna connecting bridge, which began construction in December last year, are considered factors behind its popularity.


Contracts will be conducted for 10 days from the 12th to the 21st of next month. A fixed first deposit benefit of 10 million KRW will be provided, and all households will receive a free balcony expansion benefit. Move-in is scheduled for March 2023.
