Changwon City Water and Sewage Bill, 200 Won Discount When Received via 'AlimTalk' Notification

The Changwon City Waterworks Office has been operating an AlimTalk billing service since February, allowing users to receive their bills on their smartphones.

Additionally, by converting meter readers to full-time positions and introducing new services such as guidance on fee reduction benefits, they plan to increase citizen satisfaction.
