On August 25 last year, A boarded a city bus at a bus stop in Uichang-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, but was intoxicated and failed to properly put money into the fare box.

When the bus driver said, "It is dangerous to put money in while the bus is moving, so it is safer to prepare it in advance," A responded with insults and abusive language such as "That's why you should just be a bus driver."

Presiding Judge Kang Sebin stated, "The defendant publicly insulted the victim by shouting loudly in the presence of other passengers."
