The patient is a woman in her 50s residing in Geoje, who tested positive while in self-quarantine after contact with a previously confirmed case.

Since the beginning of this month, there have been 74 confirmed cases in the province, including 67 local infections and 7 cases from overseas arrivals.

The total cumulative confirmed cases in the province have increased to 2,041 (97 hospitalized, 1,936 discharged, 8 deceased).
