Rice Cake Soup Rice Cakes and Volunteering... NongHyup Bank's Relay Social Contribution for the Holiday

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 5th that its central headquarters is conducting relay social contribution activities across various divisions ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.

On the 4th, Oh Kyung-geun, Vice President of the Corporate Investment Finance Division, and employees visited Samdong Boys' Village located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, where they participated in volunteer activities such as cleaning the dormitory and pruning landscaping trees, and also delivered 30 bags of Korean rice and rice cake soup rice cakes prepared with voluntary donations.

Additionally, on the 3rd, a volunteer group composed of Kang Dae-jin, Vice President of the Credit Review Division, and employees autonomously delivered rice cake soup sets purchased with funds they collected themselves at the Mapo Senior Welfare Center area, wishing for the health and peaceful new year of the elderly.

An NH Nonghyup Bank official who participated in the social contribution activities said, "It is especially meaningful to carry out social contribution activities ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday," and added, "We plan to continue fulfilling our role as the people's Nonghyup through various activities."
