Thinkware Launches Two Models 'iNavi LS800T and M800' Equipped with 3D Maps

Support for 8 Million Dong Aviation 3D Modeling Maps and Telematics Services

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Thinkware announced on the 5th that it has newly released two types of vehicle navigation systems that can be mounted or embedded (iNavi LS800T, iNavi M800).

According to Thinkware, the newly released products are equipped with the 3D map "iNavi Extreme 3D" for efficient route guidance. This map realistically represents about 8 million buildings and major terrain features. In addition, user convenience has been enhanced through route guidance options and various map views that can be selected according to the user's driving habits and preferences.

The telematics service "T-Link," which combines iNavi big data and communication, is also supported. It provides real-time traffic information reflecting 250,000 road data nationwide, as well as real-time search, fuel price information, and safe driving zones. Thinkware also explained that high-definition HD DMB and external rear camera connectivity are possible.

The new products are equipped with a quad-core processor and 1GB (gigabyte) of memory. The storage capacity is 16GB, and the OS (operating system) is Android version 4.4.

A Thinkware representative said, "The products will support efficient driving for drivers with not only product compatibility but also price competitiveness."

The 7-inch navigation system "iNavi LS800T" is priced at 259,000 KRW, and the 8-inch navigation system "iNavi M800" is priced at 339,000 KRW.
