[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] LG Hausys is accelerating innovation in B2C (business-to-consumer) distribution channels by opening an interior store in the complex shopping mall Starfield.
On the 4th, LG Hausys announced the opening of the 'LG Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Starfield Goyang Exhibition Hall' at Starfield Goyang, covering a total floor area of 798m² (approximately 250 pyeong).
Starfield Goyang is the largest complex shopping mall in the northwestern metropolitan area, housing over 500 diverse brands including fashion, furniture, and home appliances, as well as experiential facilities combining movies and sports.
The 'LG Z:IN Interior Z:IN Square Starfield Goyang Exhibition Hall' is composed of a store that offers optimal interior solutions, ranging from a library of major interior products such as windows, flooring, wallpaper, kitchen, bathroom, doors, and artificial marble to actual residential spaces applying these products.
The exhibition hall's biggest feature is enhancing customer purchasing convenience by allowing visitors to explore interior designs for spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and children's rooms made with LG Hausys products, and then immediately check the unique features of each product in the material library zone.
In addition to LG Hausys' interior products, the space is optimized as a one-stop shopping area where customers can find necessary items for home decoration, including LG Electronics home appliances such as refrigerators, induction cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines, and TVs, as well as various furniture from Illum.
Along with this, differentiated spaces such as home offices, home training rooms, home cafes?which have recently gained attention due to increased time spent at home?as well as age-specific children's rooms and pet zones are expected to attract significant interest from shoppers.
Meanwhile, LG Hausys continues to secure a sales network that enhances customer accessibility and convenience by opening interior stores in large home appliance marts such as LG Electronics Best Shop, Lotte Hi-Mart Megastore, and E-Mart Electromart, as well as cross-store openings with furniture company Illum.
Kim Hee-sun, Executive Director of Interior Marketing at LG Hausys, stated, "The era of deciding on costly interior construction based on just a few photos of completed projects and product sample books is over. We will continue to expand our presence in large home appliance marts, department stores, and complex shopping malls to make the difficult and complex interior shopping experience convenient and enjoyable through continuous innovation in B2C distribution channels."
