Korea Safety Education Association Conducts Remote Safety and Health Training for Supervisors at Jeju City Hall, Leading the Untact Era

Korea Safety Education Association Conducts Remote Safety and Health Training for Supervisors at Jeju City Hall, Leading the Untact Era

The Korea Safety Education Association (President Jeong Seong-ho, hereinafter referred to as the Association) is adapting to the newly emerging untact era by converting the health education for supervisors at Jeju City Hall to a non-face-to-face format.

As an official government safety education institution, the Association has been transitioning safety and health education, which was mainly conducted through in-person group training, to non-face-to-face education due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Accordingly, it operates online education and postal education, providing safety and health training to numerous public institutions and companies.

In particular, the Association’s online education offers industry-specific customized training through professional instructors who possess a systematic curriculum and years of educational expertise. For group enrollments, a dedicated site is provided for each institution, allowing administrators to conveniently monitor learning completion status, making management easier.

President Jeong Seong-ho of the Association stated, “We will do our best to provide substantial educational programs to various institutions to enhance supervisors’ safety awareness capabilities, which will help in project management.” He added, “We will continue non-face-to-face education to ensure there is no gap in supervisors’ safety training due to COVID-19.”

Additionally, the Association’s legally mandated training includes various content courses such as safety and health education for supervisors, the four major violence prevention education for public institutions, sexual harassment prevention education, personal information protection education, and workplace bullying prevention education.

Recent news related to safety trends provided by the Association can be found on the Association’s website.
