Reasonable Private Rental Apartments for Home Ownership... 'Sky Verde Foret' Attracts Attention

Following last year, COVID-19 continues to spread steadily this year as well. With more people staying at home, there is a growing trend of individuals willing to bear higher costs to secure homes with excellent locations and designs. As the demand paradigm rapidly shifts, small- to medium-sized rental apartments that offer reasonable homeownership opportunities are gaining popularity among young consumers.

One such example is the small- to medium-sized private rental apartment complex, Sky Verde Foret. This complex, consisting of 8 buildings with 4 basement floors and 35 above-ground floors, totaling 706 units, opened its promotional center on the 8th of last month. Currently, the Private Rental Housing Founding Preparation Committee is recruiting promoters for the private rental apartment project.

Located in Songpa-gu, it is a premium small- to medium-sized private rental apartment where no taxes are paid during the rental period. Another advantage of rental apartments is the ability to decide on ownership after living in the unit. Additionally, it features various elements considered immutable values and truths in real estate investment circles, such as being near a "Gangnam-bound subway station" and "park proximity." Residents can enjoy solid living infrastructure, excellent location, and specialized designs, among other benefits.

Sky Verde Foret is being constructed in Ilwon, Songpa-gu, Seoul, comprising 53 units of 84㎡ Type A, 223 units of 84㎡ Type B, 102 units of 59㎡ Type A, 112 units of 59㎡ Type B, and 216 units of 44㎡ type. The complex will include 872 parking spaces for the apartment and ancillary facilities, as well as neighborhood living facilities. It is expected to be highly popular due to its small- to medium-sized units, which are favored in the real estate market.

Each household benefits from specialized designs, promising a high-quality living space. High-end eco-friendly finishing materials are used to create a safe and upscale residential environment. Premium ceramic bathtubs will be installed to help residents relieve fatigue, and inter-floor cushioning materials will be applied in each unit to minimize noise between floors. An indoor ventilation system will also be installed, expelling polluted indoor air and supplying fresh outdoor air to ensure a comfortable living environment. A central water purification system will provide cleaner drinking water, and water-saving pedals will be installed to allow water use only when necessary, helping reduce water bills.

As a forest-adjacent apartment, it offers a pleasant living environment and the prospect of a healing lifestyle within the city. Olympic Park is about a one-minute walk away, providing unobstructed views and the opportunity to use the park as a backyard.

The surrounding transportation network is abundant, making travel to Gangnam and other areas convenient. The complex is located right next to Hansung Baekje Station on Line 9, accessible within about a one-minute walk. This allows for quick commutes to major business districts in Gangnam. Mongchontoseong Station on Line 8 is also an eight-minute walk away. Olympic-ro, Wiryesong-daero, and Olympic-daero are nearby, making car travel convenient as well.

The living infrastructure is solid. Nearby facilities include Seokchon Lake Park, Bangi-dong Ancient Tombs, Lotte World Adventure, Bangi-dong Food Alley, Lotte World Mall, Lotte World Tower, Lotte World Hotel, Lotte Mart, K-Art Hall, Homeplus, and Bangi Market, all close to the complex.

Children can walk to Bangi Elementary and Bangi Middle Schools, and prestigious school districts such as Bangsan Elementary and Bangsan High Schools are nearby, providing excellent educational conditions. The proximity of Olympic Park Library and Korea National Sport University is also an advantage.

Sky Verde Foret apartments have no restrictions based on homeownership status or income level, and no subscription savings account is required. Any South Korean citizen aged 19 or older can join on a first-come, first-served basis. Ownership registration is possible 10 years after completion under the current qualifications, allowing residents to live in the home like their own and decide on registration afterward. During the 10 years of rental residence, residents are free from tax burdens such as acquisition tax and property tax, and rights transfer is also permitted.
