IDNSoft (CEO Shin Jong-hoon) and Incoop Interior Industry Cooperative (Chairman Kim Hyung-geun) announced that they have signed an MOU.
Unlike existing interior matching platforms, Incoop Interior Industry Cooperative operates a platform jointly funded by 500 verified skilled contractors nationwide. Additionally, the headquarters' design team directly handles the design of all cooperative members' construction sites, and it is renowned for standardized, consistent, and top-quality construction results at reasonable prices.
In this regard, IDNSoft operates the ‘Ilgam Service,’ a platform for matching construction experts and advance payment of labor costs, and by supporting related services to the cooperative, synergy effects between the two companies are expected.
In the rapidly growing 41 trillion won interior market, if interior contractors can secure steady construction projects and maintain sustainable management without wage arrears for construction teams, the ultimate outcome is expected to bring greater benefits to consumers.
Shin Jong-hoon, CEO of IDNSoft, stated, “By advancing labor costs, we aim to prevent wage arrears for daily workers in advance and strive to ensure smooth progress of construction for interior contractors.”
Furthermore, Kim Hyung-geun, Chairman of the Cooperative, said, “Through this exchange and cooperation, we hope to widely promote A-grade construction without A/S concerns to consumers and create an opportunity for mutual development based on strong trust.”
