NC's K-pop Platform 'Universe' Launched in 134 Countries Worldwide

[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] NCSoft launched the K-pop entertainment platform 'Universe' in 134 countries worldwide on the 28th.

Universe is an all-in-one platform where fandom activities can be enjoyed both online and offline on mobile. Combining NCSoft's IT technology and entertainment content, it connects artists and fans more closely and enjoyably.

Universe includes features such as a media section offering exclusive content like music videos (MV), variety shows, photo shoots, and radio; FNS, a space where artists and fans can freely communicate; and a content creator function where users can produce and share artist-related videos and fan art.

There is also a private message & call feature that allows fans to receive messages directly written by artists or take calls at desired times and situations using AI voices developed with artist participation. Additionally, there are collections that record fandom activities and provide rewards, and a studio where artists participate in motion capture and body scanning to create characters that fans can customize and use to produce MVs.

Starting today, NCSoft will showcase various original content videos featuring 11 artist teams, including Kang Daniel and Monsta X.

Universe can be downloaded from Google Play and the Apple App Store. Detailed information about Universe is available on the official website.

Meanwhile, Universe experienced temporary server instability due to a sudden influx of users. The temporary maintenance has been completed, and normal service is currently being provided.
