Hyundai Mobis to Cancel 261,600 Treasury Shares

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Hyundai Mobis announced on the 28th that it will cancel 261,600 treasury shares. The scale is 57.8323 billion KRW. The scheduled cancellation date is February 1. The company explained, "The treasury shares acquired within the scope of distributable profits will be canceled by a resolution of the board of directors, resulting only in a decrease in the number of shares, with no reduction in capital stock."
