Kumho Petrochemical "Executive Director Park Cheol-wan Ends Joint Ownership Relationship with Chairman Park Chan-gu"

Executive Director Park Cheol-wan is the son of the late Kumho Group Chairman Park Jeong-gu and the nephew of Chairman Park Chan-gu.

Accordingly, Executive Director Park became the largest individual shareholder of Kumho Petrochemical (10%, 3,046,782 shares). The shareholding ratio of Chairman Park Chan-gu and other special related parties of Kumho Petrochemical decreased to 14.68%, and this announcement officially confirmed that Executive Director Park Cheol-wan is no longer in a special relationship with Chairman Park Chan-gu.
