Red Cross Volunteer Society Donates 16,000 Masks to Gyeongju City The Gyeongju District Council of the Korean Red Cross Volunteer Association donated 16,000 masks on the 26th as part of the Gyeongju City Hall's 'Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign' goods contribution.


[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] The Gyeongju City District Council of the Korean Red Cross Volunteer Society visited Gyeongju City Hall on the 26th and donated 16,000 masks to be delivered to neighbors in need as part of the 'Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign.'


Chairman Heo Hak-soon said, "I hope that the masks delivered during these difficult times will give a little hope to our neighbors in need," and added, "I pray that the situation will calm down soon and a bright and warm world will come."


Kim Ho-jin, Deputy Mayor of Gyeongju City, expressed his sincere gratitude, saying, "I sincerely thank the members of the Gyeongju City District Council who conveyed hope with warm hearts today."


Meanwhile, the Gyeongju City District Council of the Korean Red Cross Volunteer Society is actively engaged in various activities to bring hope to the community, including identifying families in crisis for emergency support, supporting multicultural families, and volunteering for disaster recovery efforts, in addition to this donation.
