According to the real estate industry on the 26th, the sale price per 3.3㎡ of Sejong Richensia Familier was set at 12.81 million KRW for H2 block and 13.09 million KRW for H3 block.

This is the highest sale price since the first sale in Sejong City in 2010.

The model house will open on the 27th.

Subscription will begin with special supply on the 1st of next month, followed by first priority on the 2nd and second priority on the 3rd. Winners will be announced on the 9th of the same month, and contracts will be signed over five days from the 22nd to the 26th.

Since the announcement date for subscription winners is the same, duplicate subscriptions are not allowed, and resale restrictions last for four years from the announcement date. Move-in is scheduled for January 2024. The officetel will be sold in February.

H3 consists of 8 buildings with 3 basement floors and up to 35 floors above ground, including 580 apartments with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 112㎡ and 87 officetel units with exclusive areas of 20 to 35㎡.

Of the total 770 units in H2, 211 units and of the 580 units in H3, 165 units will be available for general sale.
