Choi In-ho, chief spokesperson for the Democratic Party, stated in a written briefing on the 25th, "This incident is a sexual harassment case committed not by just anyone, but by the leader of a public political party," adding, "It is an event that goes beyond shock to sheer horror. Moreover, the Justice Party has been at the forefront in voicing issues related to gender, human rights, and gender equality values."

He continued, "Considering the Justice Party's previous stance, it is difficult to gauge the extent of the public's shock caused by this incident. Furthermore, the repercussions going forward will be even greater."

Chief spokesperson Choi said, "As the Justice Party announced in its statement, this incident must be dealt with under a zero-tolerance principle, and measures should be taken to prevent any further harm."
