Snack Subscription Service 'Wolgan Gwaja' Operates Year-Round
Limited Edition Newtro Package Products Available at 'Haetnim Sanghoe'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Lotte Confectionery announced on the 25th that it has officially launched its own online store, 'Lotte Sweet Mall.'
Lotte Confectionery has converted its snack subscription service, 'Monthly Snack,' into a permanent service through this online store. 'Monthly Snack' was released as a limited edition three times last year and sold out completely. Additionally, the retro package products, which were previously available only as limited editions, can now be purchased through the 'Haetnim Sanghoe' section. In the 'New Arrivals' section, customers can view and purchase various new products from Lotte Confectionery at a glance.
Along with this, the application for experiences at Lotte Confectionery’s 'Sweet Factory,' a popular children's tour destination, has been transferred from the existing website to the new online store.
The intuitive menu structure enhances user convenience for purchasing. It also leverages the advantages of online shopping by offering features such as 'Gift Sending,' which allows sending products without knowing the recipient's address. Users can accumulate points based on their purchase history and enjoy various benefits by using coupons issued by the online store.
To commemorate the opening of 'Lotte Sweet Mall,' Lotte Confectionery is holding an online event. New members will receive a 2,000 KRW coupon and a free shipping coupon, and points will be doubled for purchases made until the end of February. Customers who purchase over 20,000 KRW will receive a COVID-19 prevention Malangyi welcome kit (limited to the first 900 customers). Customers who purchase the Golden Malangyi gift set will be entered into a draw to win iPhone cases (6 winners), AirPods cases (4 winners), Malangyi keyrings (20 winners), and Malangyi cleansing bands (100 winners).
