[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] 'Ssangyong The Platinum Premier,' located in Gungdo-eup, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, will accept non-priority subscription applications on the 25th.

This subscription comes before the non-priority subscription criteria are strengthened in March. The government has announced that from March, non-priority subscriptions, so-called 'Jupjup' quotas arising from apartment contract cancellations, will only be available to non-homeowners residing in the relevant area.

Ssangyong The Platinum Premier will proceed as follows: subscription announcement started on the 20th, subscription acceptance on the 25th, winner announcement on the 29th, and contracts will be signed over three days starting from the 30th. Anyone aged 19 or older residing in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, can apply. No subscription savings account is required, and there are no restrictions on re-winning or winner management.

This complex consists of 14 apartment buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 141㎡, totaling 1,696 households.

Anseong Gungdo offers a double living zone encompassing Anseong and Pyeongtaek. The Gyeongbu Expressway Anseong IC and Gungdo Bus Terminal are nearby. The massive complex shopping mall Starfield Anseong, which opened on the 7th, is located 1.5 km away in a straight line.
