[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Muan Office of Education held a 'Community-Related Organizations Council for the Protection of Children in Crisis' on the 22nd, attended by Muan County, Muan Police Station, and Jeonnam Western Region Child Protection Agency.

At the council, it was discussed to establish the roles of each institution for child protection and to share close cooperation and information among related organizations for careful observation and early detection of abused and at-risk children.

In addition, through regular meetings with related organizations, they agreed to seek cooperation measures and join forces to create a safe community for children by establishing a rapid response system and conducting campaigns to prevent child abuse.

Superintendent Kim Ran said, “Close cooperation with community-related organizations is directly linked to the safety of children, so schools and the Office of Education will also do their best to prevent and respond to child abuse.”
