Hanwha Construction Apartment 'Forena' to Supply 22,000 Units This Year

Hanwha Construction announced on the 21st that it will supply 21,629 units of FORENA apartments in 15 major complexes nationwide this year.

Following the first supply complex of the year, 'Hanwha FORENA Incheon Yeonsu' (767 units), it plans to sell 'Hanwha FORENA Suwon Jangan' (1,063 units), 'FORENA Incheon Guwol' (1,115 units), 'FORENA Cheonan Sinbu' (602 units), and 'FORENA Busan Deokcheon 2nd Phase' (795 units) in the first half of the year.

FORENA, the integrated residential brand launched by Hanwha Construction in 2019, has quickly established itself as a premium brand in the housing market.

All apartments sold under the FORENA brand until last year were completely sold out, and it achieved a high overall ranking in apartment brand power surveys, gaining high recognition and preference in a short period.

Inquiries about brand changes are also continuously increasing. Currently, five complexes are undergoing brand changes with Hanwha Construction's approval, including 'FORENA Gwanggyo Sanghyeon' (formerly Gwanggyo Sanghyeon Kkumegreen, 639 units) and 'FORENA Daewon' (formerly Changwon Daewon Kkumegreen, 1,530 units).
