‘ePyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue’, Yeongjong's First C2 House Design Applied

As a social atmosphere that respects individuality and pursues diverse lifestyles is formed, residential spaces are also changing from uniform appearances to various forms that suit people's tastes.

Typically, residential spaces are closely related to quality of life, making it important to enjoy a valuable and special daily life. In today's era, where remote work and staying at home have become common due to COVID-19 (novel coronavirus infection), construction companies are implementing differentiated strategies with various specialized designs to capture the increasingly discerning consumers.

In the case of DL E&C (formerly Daelim Industrial), such specialized designs have been applied to one of the first new sale complexes of the year, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue,’ attracting attention by enabling convenient and safe remote work, home hobbies, and leisure activities.

Scheduled for sale in January, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue’ will be the first among Yeongjong International City sale complexes to include a personal office space in line with the untact (contactless) era. While existing homes typically combine remote work in living rooms or bedrooms without separate spaces, this complex provides a more comfortable space for remote work.

Additionally, it will feature a sauna, green caf?, guest house, and for the first time among Yeongjong International City sale complexes, an indoor gym within the complex. The fitness center, indoor golf practice range, screen golf, GX room, and family exercise facilities (table tennis) allow residents to exercise freely without concern for fine dust. Facilities for families with children such as a daycare center, indoor playground, moms’ station, and a small library (lounge caf?) will also be provided.

Notably, the lifestyle-customized residential platform ‘C2 House,’ which comprehensively integrates DL E&C’s unique technology, products, design, and philosophy, will be applied for the first time in Yeongjong.

DL E&C’s ‘C2 House’ provides optimized residential spaces by ensuring each area fulfills its function according to the meaning of ‘a space tailored to individual tendencies and personalities,’ solving major inconveniences such as movement flow and storage issues that customers often face.

Accordingly, at ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue,’ a large entrance pantry is installed at the unit entrance to efficiently store various items such as seasonal goods and leisure equipment (varies by type). The utility room is designed to allow parallel placement of a washing machine and dryer, and the outdoor unit room, previously located on the front balcony of the master bedroom, is relocated to the rear to secure space and facilitate furniture arrangement. The kitchen features a large wide window providing an open view and maximizing lighting and ventilation. Furthermore, a modern and sophisticated interior is offered to serve as a background for any style, allowing personalized home decoration.

From the complex entrance to each unit, the ‘Smart Clean & Care Solution’ is applied to efficiently reduce fine dust, a recent social issue. The indoor playground is equipped with an air purification system so children can play safely even on days with severe fine dust. Outdoor fine dust reduction plantings and mist spraying facilities help settle airborne fine dust, and a weather station is installed for easy real-time air quality monitoring.

Therefore, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue’ is expected to attract significant interest from many customers hoping for a new lifestyle in residential spaces. This large-scale apartment complex will be built in Jung-gu, Incheon, consisting of 16 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 29, with a total of 1,409 units of 84 and 98 square meters.

This is the third e-Pyeonhansesang complex on Yeongjong Island following the first and second phases, featuring the renewed brand identity and differentiated products of e-Pyeonhansesang after its brand renewal. It includes the lifestyle-customized residential platform ‘C2 House,’ the ‘Smart Clean & Care Solution,’ and rare features within Yeongjong International City such as private gardens (for some units) and 5Bay wide floor plans (for some units).

Located near Incheon Yeongjong Elementary School, it offers a safe educational environment for children, and its proximity to the central commercial district makes access to various living conveniences easy.

With the third connecting bridge (scheduled for 2025) that began construction last month, convenient access to Cheongna and the western Seoul area will improve, and the area is expected to benefit from increased regional and price value alongside Cheongna.

DL E&C’s ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue’ is scheduled for sale in January. The housing exhibition hall will be located in Jung-gu, Incheon.
