[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] HiteJinro announced on the 19th that it will expand its liquor character shop ‘Dukkeop Sanghoe’ nationwide.
The Busan Dukkeop Sanghoe, which opened on the 18th, will be held for a total of 42 days until February 28th at Jeonlidan-gil (Jeonpo-dong, Busanjin-gu), a hot place full of youthful energy. It showcases more than 90 popular HiteJinro goods and promotional items. It operates daily from 12 PM to 8 PM for 8 hours, and minors are restricted from entering.
At Busan Dukkeop Sanghoe, various goods such as the ‘Chamisul Backpack,’ ‘Yojeum Somaek Glass,’ ‘Dukkeobi Figure,’ ‘Pink Dukkeobi Drop Glass,’ ‘Jinro Diary,’ and ‘Chamisul Cooler Backpack’ are sold.
To commemorate the opening of Busan Dukkeop Sanghoe, six types of badges, including the Busan Dukkeobi badge available only in Busan, will be given on a first-come, first-served basis by day of the week. Customers who collect all of them will receive a separate prize.
On weekends, lucky boxes composed of popular goods will be sold in a limited quantity of 30 per day, and visitors will also have the opportunity to take photos with a Dukkeobi doll.
Additionally, to celebrate the Year of the Ox, during the Lunar New Year holiday period, 100 lucky pouches will be given as gifts to customers born in the Year of the Ox or whose names include the syllable ‘So’.
Meanwhile, following Seoul and Busan, HiteJinro plans to open the adult stationery store ‘Dukkeop Sanghoe’ in Daegu as well. From January 27th to March 14th, for a total of 47 days, Dukkeop Sanghoe can be found at Seoseong-ro (Buksung Tool Alley) in Jung-gu, known as Daegu’s hip Seong-ro. However, the schedule may change due to COVID-19.
