Haeduk Powerway Appoints Three New Outside Directors

[Asia Economy Reporter Junho Hwang] Haeduck Powerway announced on the 19th through an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders that Jeong Gwang-il, representative lawyer of Raean Law Office, Lee Won-il, director of Dongseo Accounting Corporation, and Shin Han-seon (working at Donga Songgang Accounting Corporation) have been appointed as new outside directors. Their terms will last until January 14, 2024. The company has seven directors, of which three (42.86%) are outside directors.
