Prudential Life announced on the 19th that it will operate the 'OMNI Subscription' service, allowing customers to directly subscribe to insurance remotely.
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Prudential Life Insurance announced on the 19th that it is operating the 'Omni (OMNI) Subscription' service, which allows customers to directly subscribe to insurance remotely.
Omni Subscription does not require the installation of a separate application. When the responsible planner sends the Omni subscription form to the customer, a link to the subscription form is delivered via text message (SMS) or KakaoTalk.
Customers can open the link, fill out the subscription form, download the mobile terms and conditions, and complete the subscription application.
Prudential Life Insurance added a feature that saves the subscription information just before completion in case of unstable communication during the Omni subscription process or if the customer needs to stop filling out the subscription form. It also included a function that allows customers to call the responsible planner at any time during the process.
A Prudential Life Insurance official said, "Since customers must proceed with the subscription process themselves, we have strived to develop services based on the 'customer experience,'" adding, "We will develop various customer-centered digital platforms to provide differentiated financial services."
