[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Hurom announced on the 18th that its juice extractor ‘Hurom Easy’ is gaining popularity following its appearance on the tvN variety show ‘Youn’s Stay’.

In episode 2 of Youn’s Stay, which aired on the 15th, a cast member was shown using the Hurom Easy juice extractor to make juice for foreign guests staying in a hanok, serving it alongside their meals. tvN’s ‘Youn’s Stay’ is a reality program where foreigners experience the traditional Korean atmosphere by staying in a hanok.

Based on the world’s first slow extraction technology, Hurom Easy features the widest feeding chute among existing juice extractors at 136mm and a mega hopper with a 2L capacity. It allows whole ingredients to be juiced without the need for pre-cutting. This is more than three times larger than the previous 45mm chute and 600ml capacity.

The mega hopper incorporates an automatic cutting blade at the bottom, which automatically slices whole ingredients, significantly reducing the effort required for preparation. Users can simply add ingredients and press a button to enjoy healthy juice easily, making it convenient for busy daily life.

The dual-structure pressing filter prevents residue from clogging during juicing, allowing for easy cleaning within 30 seconds by rinsing with water. Additionally, the minimalist design places the hopper, drum, and pulp outlet in a straight line within a slim body, and the modern matte colors such as gray and black are designed to harmonize with kitchen interiors.

According to Hurom, the juice extractor’s slow extraction method suppresses friction heat and air intake, minimizing the destruction and oxidation of nutrients such as antioxidant enzymes, vitamins, and phytochemicals, thereby preserving the natural taste and nutrition of vegetables and fruits.

A Hurom representative stated, “Consumer inquiries about the product have surged explosively since the broadcast,” adding, “Hurom Easy is a bestseller that received enthusiastic consumer response last year because it can juice whole vegetables and fruits and is easy to clean, making it convenient for busy lifestyles.”

Meanwhile, Hurom plans to showcase Hurom Easy on Lotte Home Shopping at 6:40 PM on the 20th and on Home&Shopping at 6:40 PM on the 22nd.
