Gangnam-gu, Apgujeong Public Parking Lot and 3 Other Temporary Screening Clinics Operate Until February 14

Maintaining the Scale of Medical and Administrative Support Staff with Extended Operation... Free Testing for Everyone to Fully Detect 'Hidden Infections'

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jung Soon-gyun) is proactively extending the operation of four temporary screening clinics (near Samsung Station Exit 6, Gaepo Digital Innovation Park, Bangjuk Small Park in Segok-dong, Apgujeong 428 Public Parking Lot) until February 14 to identify 'hidden infected individuals.'

The district aligned with Seoul City's policy to extend the operation period of temporary screening clinics by four more weeks in connection with the special quarantine measures for the Lunar New Year holiday. The operating hours remain the same as before: weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, and weekends from 9 AM to 1 PM.

The scale of medical staff and administrative support personnel assigned to each temporary screening clinic will also be maintained. Anyone can receive a free anonymous test by simply providing their mobile phone number, regardless of symptoms.

Meanwhile, Gangnam-gu conducted a total of 26,405 tests through the four temporary screening clinics from December 16 last year to the 14th of this month, confirming 86 positive cases among them.
