Regarding Vice Chairman Lee, who is awaiting sentencing in the retrial of the National Pension Service scandal case on the 18th, KSMB appealed, "While the wrongful aspects of the National Pension Service scandal must be corrected, considering the role and weight Samsung holds in our economy, Lee should be given sufficient opportunity to exercise ownership to overcome the current COVID-19 crisis and lead our country's economic ecosystem."

They also mentioned the necessity of restructuring Samsung's governance to prevent owner risk. KSMB requested, "Samsung, as a representative company of the Republic of Korea, should restructure its governance to prevent owner risk and do its best for the development of the Korean economy through social responsibility and active investment to overcome the COVID-19 crisis."
