[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Juhyung] The number of new daily confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Seoul has remained in the 100s for ten consecutive days, fluctuating during this period.

According to the Central Disease Control Headquarters (CDCH) on the 17th, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases reported in Seoul in the past day was 145.

The daily confirmed cases in Seoul decreased from 297 on the 6th of this month to 191→188→187→141→167→152→134→127→156→145 from the 7th to the 16th, maintaining numbers in the 100s for ten days. Although there have been fluctuations, the trend is gradually declining.
