According to Gwangju City on the 13th, as of midnight the previous day, one more person was confirmed positive, resulting in four new confirmed cases including the previously announced three.

The cumulative number of confirmed cases in the Gwangju area has increased to 1,375.

Among these confirmed cases, two (Gwangju 1372?1373) are patients from Hyojeong Nursing Hospital, a site of a large-scale cluster infection.

The cumulative confirmed cases from Hyojeong Nursing Hospital include 83 patients, 25 staff members, and 12 family members and acquaintances, totaling 120 people.

One person who entered from Kazakhstan was also confirmed positive. Gwangju 1374 was immediately admitted to the 5·18 Education Center quarantine facility upon arrival, underwent specimen testing, and was confirmed to have no additional movement.

The number of imported confirmed cases has increased to 100.

The remaining one person (Gwangju 1375) resides in Naju, Jeonnam, and is related to the BTJ Yeolhap Center cluster.
