[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Lotte Tour Development announced on the 10th that the 'Grand Hyatt Jeju' within the Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort received the highest domestic rating of 5 stars in the tourism hotel business grade evaluation conducted by the Jeju Tourism Association on the 8th.
Hotel grades range from 1 star to 5 stars. The 5-star rating is the highest grade awarded to hotels that score 900 points or more out of a total of 1000 points, including 700 points from on-site evaluations and 300 points from undercover evaluations, covering various facilities and services.
The Jeju Tourism Association evaluated in this grade assessment that "Grand Hyatt Jeju, as the largest luxury hotel in Korea, creates a luxurious atmosphere and received high scores for staff service attitude and language skills."
