Industry-First Handle Box Introduced by 'Agimul Tissue Bebesup', Receiving Continuous Consumer Praise


Bebesup recently launched the ‘Kind Handle Campaign’ to facilitate the carrying convenience of delivery workers. Last month, Bebesup announced that it would pilot test delivery boxes with handles applied to some products, marking the first such initiative in the infant care industry.


The Bebesup handle delivery box is initially applied to the signature green wet wipes for a trial run. Afterwards, based on customer feedback and suggestions for improvement, the company plans to consider expanding the application scope.


The handle delivery box is designed with holes on both sides of the box to serve as handles, making it easier to carry. Last month, the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Post began selling post office parcel boxes with this feature applied.


Following the news of Bebesup’s Kind Handle Campaign, consumers have been showering praise, saying things like, “As expected from Bebesup, their thoughtfulness surprises me again,” “Bebesup’s positive influence is so admirable, I support it,” “A great company that turns ideas into action,” and “Bebesup always takes the lead.”


Additionally, over a thousand applicants flocked to join the handle box experience group through social media, demonstrating strong consumer interest in Bebesup’s Kind Handle Campaign.


For Bebesup’s flagship baby wet wipes, a box containing 10 packs?the most sold unit?weighs between 3 to 4 kg. Carrying the box by placing hands under it puts strain on the waist and risks dropping during transport.


However, with the introduction of the handle delivery box, it is expected to help not only delivery sorting workers and couriers but also consumers receiving the products to carry wet wipe boxes more easily.


A representative from the infant total brand Bebesup expressed, “We are very grateful for the many compliments and messages of support from customers regarding Bebesup’s small challenge,” adding, “We hope the handle boxes can be of some help to delivery workers who work hard day and night and to the customers who use our products.”


Meanwhile, Bebesup, which has held the number one spot in baby wet wipe sales for four consecutive years and earned high consumer trust, recently demonstrated its strength as the top-selling brand by ranking first in brand reputation for five consecutive months with overwhelming figures among numerous baby wet wipe brands, according to the ‘2020 Second Half Wet Wipe Consumer Big Data Analysis’ report.


Through the ‘SAFE-B Project,’ Bebesup operates various social contribution activities. For six years, it has released the ‘SAFE-B Edition’ to support families with premature babies, donating sales proceeds. Every May, it conducts a ‘Missing Child Prevention Campaign’ in cooperation with the National Police Agency, encouraging participation in ‘pre-registration of fingerprints and other data’ to find missing children faster than any other method.


Moreover, in February, Bebesup donated 100 million KRW and relief supplies to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association, continuing its good deeds to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19, thereby enhancing its reputation as a socially responsible company among consumers.
