NCSoft Changes Largest Shareholder to National Pension Service

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] NCSoft announced on the 7th that its largest shareholder has changed from Kim Taek-jin and 9 other related parties to the National Pension Service.

The reason for the change is the increase in the National Pension Service's shareholding ratio. The National Pension Service holds 2,657,286 shares (12.1%), becoming the largest shareholder of NCSoft. The shares held by Kim Taek-jin and 9 other related parties amount to 2,633,688 shares (12%).
