NH Prime REITs Declares Dividend of 119 Won Per Share

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] NH Prime REITs announced on the 7th that it has decided on a dividend of 119 KRW per common share. The total dividend amount is 2.2 billion KRW, with a dividend yield of 2.6%.

The dividend record date was November 30 of last year, and the dividend will be paid within one month after the regular shareholders' meeting held on February 19.
