According to the personnel hearing request submitted to the National Assembly by President Moon Jae-in on the 4th, Candidate Kim reported assets under his name totaling 1,162,190,000 KRW, including apartment lease rights worth 665,000,000 KRW (2 cases), a 2015 Genesis car valued at 25,980,000 KRW, and deposits amounting to 363,470,000 KRW.
Candidate Kim is currently a non-homeowner and lives in a leased apartment in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. A lease contract worth 1,250,000,000 KRW was signed under joint ownership with his spouse. Additionally, 40,000,000 KRW of the 70,000,000 KRW apartment lease rights in Nowon-gu, Seoul, which he co-leased with his younger sister, is under Candidate Kim’s name.
Candidate Kim was confirmed to hold stocks valued at approximately 106,750,000 KRW. The holdings include Mikobiomed (93,850,000 KRW), Samsung Electronics (5,260,000 KRW), Yuhan Corporation (2,320,000 KRW), P&K Skin Clinical Research (2,070,000 KRW), and Naver (580,000 KRW), indicating investments mainly in pharmaceutical, bio, and IT sectors.
