Launch of 'Noranusan Psychological Counseling Service' for Small Business Owners

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Chairman Kim Ki-moon) announced on the 22nd that it will launch psychological counseling services for small business owners suffering from the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).


The Federation will provide free psychological counseling services to small businesses and small business owners struggling with business stress such as 'COVID Blue' caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.


Any small business or small business owner enrolled in Noryanwoosan can receive two free counseling sessions per person, with counseling areas including business stress, interpersonal relationships, psychological issues, and family problems.


The psychological counseling service can be applied for by accessing the Noryanwoosan Welfare Plus website or through the Noryanwoosan call center. To accommodate busy small business owners, counseling hours are available for 12 hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays. Counseling methods can be chosen from face-to-face, phone (video call), or messenger (KakaoTalk).


Kim Ki-moon, chairman of the Federation, said, "Through the introduction of this psychological counseling service, Noryanwoosan will take responsibility for the mental health of small businesses and small business owners suffering from COVID-19," adding, "We will strive further to improve the welfare of small businesses and small business owners through the development of various Noryanwoosan services."
