Creating Social Value through Multi-Party Cooperation Systems Including Social Enterprises
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Hana Financial Group announced on the 14th that it received the Minister of the Interior and Safety Award at the 15th annual '2020 Korea Social Contribution Awards.'
Hana Financial Group, together with the K League, Community Chest of Korea, and the social enterprise 'Sosohan Sotong' from Hana Power on Impact, created the 'Mobile Guide Map for K League Stadiums for Mobility-Disadvantaged People' to enable people with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women to freely visit domestic professional soccer stadiums. This social contribution campaign, 'Everyone's Soccer Stadium, Everyone's K League,' which lowers information barriers for sports viewing, was first introduced last October.
Additionally, the campaign collaborated with famous soccer YouTube creator Goalle to conduct a soccer star talent donation campaign aimed at improving mobility rights for people with disabilities. This effort was recognized for contributing to the natural spread of awareness improvement among the MZ generation, earning the honor of the award.
A representative from Hana Financial Group's Social Value Team stated, "We will continue to make steady efforts to further expand Hana Financial's social value of 'growing together and sharing happiness' through various forms of social contribution projects."
