‘Parkten Samsung’ officetel is scheduled to be launched in December at 158-20 and 158-22, Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The officetel will consist of 96 units, ranging from 28 to 85㎡ in exclusive area, with 19 floors above ground and 2 basement levels.

It is expected to have high value as a rare residential space in the Samseong-dong living area, considered the true prime location of Gangnam.
