The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted on the 25th that the lowest temperature on the morning of the 26th will range from -3°C to 8°C, and the highest temperature during the day will be between 9°C and 16°C, resulting in a temperature difference of about 10 degrees.

Due to the influence of the east wind, rain will start falling in the northern part of Gangwon Yeongdong from the night of the 26th and is expected to expand to the central and southern parts of Gangwon Yeongdong by the afternoon of the following day.

In the mountainous areas of Gangwon where temperatures are low, rain or snow will fall from the night of the 26th, changing mostly to snow from the afternoon of the next day, potentially accumulating a significant amount of snow in the northern mountainous areas of Gangwon.

Jeju Island may experience some rain during the morning of the 26th.

The Korea Meteorological Administration emphasized that visibility will decrease in areas where rain or snow falls, and especially in the cold mountainous areas of Gangwon, roads may be slippery due to rain and snow, so extra caution is required for traffic safety.

Between dawn and morning on the 26th, some inland central regions are expected to experience fog with visibility less than 1 km.

From the afternoon of the same day, strong winds of 30 to 50 km/h and waves of 1.5 to 3.0 meters are expected in the central East Sea offshore areas, so ships navigating or fishing should take safety precautions.

Meanwhile, on the 26th, fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and the Chungcheong region, and 'moderate' in other areas. Incheon, Gangwon Yeongseo, and Jeonbuk are forecasted to have 'bad' levels in the morning.
