First, the confirmed cases related to Chonnam National University Hospital are numbers 623, 627, and 629 through 632.

Case 623 is a nurse in the infectious diseases department at Chonnam National University Hospital who tested positive during a retest conducted for hospital medical staff.

Case 627 is a hospital radiologist who tested positive in a pre-release test while under self-quarantine after contact with a confirmed case.

Cases 629 through 632, inmates at Gwangju Prison, were confirmed infected through a full inspection at the prison.

Cases 624 and 626 are known to have had contact with Jeonnam case number 367. Jeonnam 367 was confirmed positive the previous day, and the infection route is still unknown.

Gwangju case 625 is a contact of Jeonbuk case number 239. Jeonbuk 239 was confirmed positive on the 23rd, and the infection route is still under investigation.

Gwangju case 628 was confirmed to have had contact with Gwangju Prison staff member 524 and is classified as related to Homac Jinwol Branch.
