[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jewon] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 25th that it will supply one parcel of central commercial land and one parcel of mixed-use land in Okjeong New Town, Yangju, through a bidding process.

The area of the mixed-use land is 47,748㎡, with a supply price of 213.4 billion KRW, and the area of the central commercial land is 35,632㎡, with a supply price of 169.3 billion KRW. Both blocks have a building coverage ratio of 80% and a floor area ratio of 1000%.

Using the opened road networks such as the Guri-Pocheon Expressway, National Road No. 3 Bypass, and the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway, it takes 40 minutes to reach Jamsil, Seoul, and within an hour to Gangnam.

The two parcels being supplied this time are close to the already developed central commercial land, the large-scale mixed-use center U-city, and Okjeong Lake Park, allowing convenient access to libraries, swimming pools, and commercial facilities.

Also, the future Okjeong Station (tentative name) on Line 7, which is planned to be constructed, will be accessible on foot.

Bids can be submitted individually for each block through the LH Subscription Center, and the payment method is a 3-year installment plan with interest.

The bidding will take place on the 17th of next month, the bid opening on the 18th, and contracts are scheduled to be signed between the 24th and 31st. For more details, refer to the announcement posted on the LH Subscription Center or contact the LH Yangju Business Headquarters Sales Department.
