Lotte Card Launches Delivery of Lola Card Filled with Nostalgic Scents

Limited Quantity Delivery with 'Fragrance Guide' Included Featuring Juicy Fresh Scent and More

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Lotte Card announced on the 24th that it will deliver the Lotte Group's private label credit card (PLCC), the 'Lola Card,' with the nostalgic scent of Lotte gum.

When delivering the Lola Card, Lotte Card reproduced the refreshing and sweet gum scent that was released when unwrapping the actual Lotte gum packaging by using fragrance pigments on the scent guide enclosed with the card. Juicy Fresh contains a sweet scent blended with orange, grape, and pineapple, Fresh Mint has a clean mint scent, and Spearmint carries a subtle peppermint aroma.

Launched last September, the Lola Card has received a positive response by offering 7% points accumulation when used at Lotte Group affiliates and providing various benefits both inside and outside of Lotte. The 'Lola Song,' inspired by the Lotte Gum Trio advertisement CM song, and the Lola Card YouTube video featuring Kim Shin-young's Davi Aunt character have also surpassed 7 million views.

Events for Lola Card customers have also been prepared. The 'Lola Card Big Sale' promotion is open until the 30th, offering up to 500,000 KRW special cashback when paying with the Lola Card for a total of 25 popular brand products such as laptops, washing machines, and dryers on the Lotte Hi-Mart online shopping mall. During the same period, customers who issue a Lola Card and spend over 300,000 KRW on the Lotte Hi-Mart online shopping mall will receive 100,000 KRW cashback.

At Lotte Mart, until December 31, a 10% on-site discount is provided when paying with the Lola Card for Lotte Mart PB products (Yorihada, Sweet Hug, Habit). At Speedmate nationwide, until December 31, simply verifying possession of the Lola Card will provide a free wiper and a 25,000 KRW discount on engine oil.
